Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 3 boiled potatoes


  • 100 gram cottage cheese cheese


  • 1 teaspoon salt


  • 1 teaspoon black pepper


  • 1 teaspoon thinly chopped green chilli


  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala


  • 3 medium sized tomatoes


  • 2 medium size onion


  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste


  • 1 teaspoon ginger paste


  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder


  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder


  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder


  • 1 tablespoon cream


  • 2 tablespoon butter

Directions

  • First peel all the potatoes
  • Then slowly scoop out all the potatoes from the middle
  • Deep fry all the potatoes on medium flame till it get tender
  • Take out all potatoes on paper towel
  • in a Bowl take cottage cheese black pepper green chilli coriander leaves and salt
  • Mix all ingredients properly
  • Filll this mix in scooped potatoes
  • Press it properly
  • In a kadai pour one tablespoon of oil and butter
  • In oil add chopped tomatoes garlic ginger chopped onion soute it for 5 minutes
  • When this mixture get cool blend it in the blender
  • Now take another Pan and add some oil
  • Pour this tomato mixture in it
  • Add salt red chilli powder turmeric powder coriander powder and make a thick gravy
  • Add Garam Masala and cream kasuri methi and switch off the flame
  • Now take stuffed potatoes and cut it in round shape shown in the picture
  • Take out the gravy in a dish and put round shaped cut potatoes on gravy
  • Serve hot with Naan or chapati
